Any price quoted assumes 1 Address, 1 Affidavit, Non-Rush (1 to 5 days barring any problems) please add 20¢ per page for printing docs submitted via email or our secure portal. The fee quoted includes notarized affidavits, returned immediately, as well as reasonable attempts, i.e. if after 4 or 5 attempts at an address service has not been effected you will need to decide on attempting at an alternate address or staking out the property. Additional attempts, stakeouts and new/alternate addresses incur additional fees.

For clients with active accounts we prefer documents be submitted via our secure portal at your Client Log In. If you do not have Log In Credentials feel free to email us a Username and Password your are comfortable with, letters only, and you will be granted access to our secure portal. For clients without an active account or who have not been assigned “Log In Credentials” we accept documents via email at service@njprocess.com; please add $0.20 per page for printing your documents. When possible, documents for service should be attached to an email as a single PDF for each entity (as opposed to a pdf for each document). Please include in the email a list of the documents to be served exactly as you would like them listed on the Return of Service. Snail mail and express courier are always welcome at our office – 90 Main Street, Suite 204, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Pre-payment is requested unless we have done work together in the past, but would still be preferred.
